Wow!! How time flies

I cannot believe it is a new year already, and sadly we are going to be celebrating our princess's first birthday here soon, and it makes me want to cry. Where does all the time go? it seems I just had her, and now she is one. It is so true do not blink because they might be all grown up. I have enjoyed ever second that I have had with my family I just wish time did not fly by so quickly, We hope to have a new addition to the family here within the next year, but we will see what happens in the mean time. Children have got to be one of the greatest blessings, and I am so thankful to have been able to experience this great journey of parenthood. Well we will post some new pics soon and look forward to seeing everyone soon for our princess's big day :(

Christmas 2008

This year is our first year as a family, and we are getting really excited for our babies first Christmas. Alecia is growning far to fast, she is already 9 months old this month. we are going to be trying for another baby within the next year, and I cant wait I love being a mother I feel it is one of the best achievments I have accomplished within my life.

November and December 08'

These months have been quite hectic, but a ton of fun Alecia enjoys playing with the Christmas tree so that has kept us pretty busy. We visited with my mother on Thanksgiving, and Alecia loved to be pushed around in the laundry basket. She has been the best baby we could have ever asked for, and we cannot wait for the memories to come. We are preparing for Christmas, and that has also kept us busy with all the crazy holiday times, but have been very eventful. Next year may be even more fun with two babies. But this year has been such a blessing, we are so thankful to have been blessed with the greatest gift one could ask for, we love our little princess.

Halloween 08'

Halloween was so much fun this year, but by the end of the night Alecia was so worn out. This year we just went to visit with family, but next year will be that much more fun because Alecia will be walking. Patty chose the cutest costume for our princess, and she looked so adorable in it. She did not enjoy having the hood on, she kept trying to chew on it. But a great memory, just that much more to come.

Alecia Six Months old

I cannot believe our little princess is already six months old, I cannot beleieve how time flies, it actually makes me so sad. She is at the stage where she no longer cries when people hold her, don't know if that is good or bad, but she now loves everyone. She is also at the stage where everything goes straight to the mouth Yay! She is so much fun and again definately keeps us busy. She loves to play with babies that are smaller than her, but tends to get scared of the bigger ones. She loves little kids though.

Alecia got her toe nails painted for the first time this month, and beleive me it was not easy she thought she needed to grab her toes to, but it looked so cute while it lasted. I will wait for awhile to try to attempt this again.
